Please complete all required fields & all relevant details when completing the form. Incomplete requests will not be processed.
 

General Information:

  • All applications MUST be submitted AT LEAST 3 WEEKS before the event start date, application will be voided otherwise.
  • For special or critical circumstances please contact the bookings director and/or the VP of Administration directly.
  • See here for ESC's Regulations.


Information on Alcoholic Events:

To have an alcoholic event at the ESC for an upcoming academic session you MUST notify the VP of Administration and Student Life before July 31st.

  • EX: if you want to have an alcoholic event on April 10th 2024, you must reach out to the VP of Administration and Student Life before July 31st 2023.

 

Information on Non-Alcoholic Parties:

  • Please contact the VP of Administration and Student Life at least 8 weeks in advance.
  • A SERP form will need to be completed.

 

Information on Events with Food Being Served:

  • You may need to get a food permit, see the VCH page.
  • For ease of application and regulations we recommend pre-cooked protein to be cooked at your event.
